TROC (Trane Taiwan) has five sales offices, located in Taipei, Yangmei, Hsinchu, Taichung, and Kaoshiung. In addition, our factory is located in Yangmei Youth Industrial Park. There are nearly 300 employees. The products include fan coil, air handling unit, small tonnage air-cooled chiller, small tonnage water-cooled chiller and mini-split indoor unit. Products export to more than 30 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Latin America, Australia, etc. In order to pursue the best quality, the factory equips with the modern test facility; morever, every product has to pass the factory test before delivery. The strictest criteria has set up from designing, procurement, manufacturing to selling and servicing. In order to meet the customers' diversified demands, TROC's design department has many caliber engineers and senior engineers from headquarters. Since human resource is the most important asset in an organization, TROC has its own comprehensive training program for engineers. The training is being executed either by dispatching engineers to study technical issues overseas or inviting senior engineers from headquarters to instruct on specific issues. Trane's engineers also actively participate seminars or training programs, held by local research institutes or training organizations.
