About any order placed by client through Trane Taiwan Website, Trane will retain the right of last consent, and respond with Confirmation Sheet in 6 Hours. Any website order confirmed already by Trane, if any order content should be revised, Trane Taiwan must be notified by 3 days before shipment date. Otherwise, Trane Taiwan will charge service fee and Return-goods fee from client.

Under non-special circumstances, and when confirmed in advance by Trane, any ordered goods always be shipped to 1F ground floor.

If delivery place is assigned to like Hualien, Taitung and offshore islands, the additional delivery fee should be charged.

Website order's payment terms are managed in accordance with Monthly Closing.

Any order placed through Trane website, the customer can get 3% off from Total Amount. The Discount Period is from 2001/6/1 to 2001/12/31.
